The Buying Process •At Swanpools, it is our goal is to help you achieve your ultimate goal, transforming your dream into a reality. This process can be overwhelming at first, but you will soon find everything makes sense after a few planning sessions. This is an educational process that will present you with the available options for your project •It all starts with our initial appointment at your property. Our designer will review the backyard setting and discuss a location for the pool and/or spa. Choosing the correct location to maximize the view of the pool from your home while optimizing the orientation to the sun.

•We will review designs and pictures of previous projects. This will help you visualize your pool and aid us in selecting a design. •We will discuss many topics and start prioritizing your needs:
•After the initial interview our designer will meet with our general manager and construction manager to discuss your project parameters. •Upon reviewing the specification of your project a design and cost estimate will be prepared. •An appointment will be scheduled with you to review the design, options, and pricing. •Upon your approval, our designer will submit your paper work for financing. If you are not financing, we can submit your plans for permits immediately. The building process is now underway. |
